WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT OUR HOME

Our home has given us a place to recharge as well as a place to entertain. The large living-dining room allows us to seat 10 for dinner around our table and also provides a place for quiet conversation with a few friends around the fireplace. The bedrooms are large providing us plenty of space for bed, a recliner with ottoman, and a desk in each room with space to spare. On many beautiful summer evenings, we eat dinner on our 20 foot balcony, which has access from both kitchen and living room, where we can enjoy a treetop view of our community. The kitchen has unusually ample storage space. In addition to the large configured walk-in closet in the master and the other in-unit storage you would expect, we also have a storage locker on our floor and more storage available in our heated garage space. Our building is well-managed and friendly. We are ideally located in a place that has attracted friends and family to spend a few days with us and have easy access to transportation whether north to Ravinia or into Chicago via both Metra and CTA stops a 4 minute walk from our front door. Restaurants, a post office, Walgreens, Jewel, Trader Joes, and countless other shopping opportunities are also a short walk away. Lake Michigan is just a few blocks east. There you can head north through Evanston parks along the lake for several miles to Northwestern University and beyond for a jog, bike ride, or a delightful walk. This has been a wonderful place to live. We are making a few longer term changes for ourselves and find it is time to pass this great space on to some other lucky people.
